Journey House Dance Camp
Fostering the next generation of dancers.
August 1st - 5th, WoLF Studios MKE had the opportunity to partner with Journey House to produce a week-long youth dance intensive. From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM students were immersed in dance styles ranging from Ballet to Salsa. Students received a taste of what a professional dance career would look like, while developing their technical and creative skills.
In line with our mission to build an ecosystem of support, participants not only learned how to dance, they were encouraged to create their own work. Under the guiding eye of Dancer, Choreographer and Teacher, Tori Lauren, students used the techniques they learned throughout the day to produce their own dance routines in small groups.
